Hello and welcome!
I hope you are enjoying the free gift of Arnica Mist that I made by hand for you. The Arnica Mist consists of three natural ingredients: Homeopathic Arnica 30c, filtered water, and a splash of Everclear alcohol (just enough to preserve it in traditional fashion).
How to mist: tap (or shake) the blue bottle ten times onto your palm, each time you go to use it. Homeopathy is vibrational medicine, so tapping it activates the molecules into resonance!
What it's great for: Arnica has so many uses!
Plastic surgeons use it after surgery to heal bruising, and mother's use it after giving birth for healing of tissues. Elders use it on their knees for pain and arthritis, and insomniacs use it before bed when they can't get comfortable.
The other day I had a headache, and and so I thought I'd spray the arnica right on my head, so that's what I was doing when I noticed after two days, how beautiful and manageable it made my hair. Then I remembered my teacher used it on her 70 year old face to lessen wrinkles. So I made it for you! I found a bottle that gave off a nice, even mist and I hope you enjoy it!
A few more uses:
I know of a man who solved his eczema using Arnica in 3c, and it is the first remedy to think of for stroke or aneurism or a head trauma. The potency would be higher for a head trauma, but you can hold onto that 30c and just start spraying everyone you meet, most likely! They may offer up a sore shoulder, or a bruise and you might make some friends!
Expiration date:
I wrote an expiration date on the bottom because I know homemade things don't last forever. I muscle tested it at a 6 month shelf life. But know that you can refill the bottle with filtered water and a little vodka or colloidal silver (if I make and eye spray this is the preservative of choice), and the arnica may keep working just like that, or you could add five pellets of Arnica 30c from your local health food store (Boiron brand).
Homeopathy is potentized medicine that is diluted and succussed. Now we know all about nanoparticles and how water holds memory, so it's a lot less mysterious. The funny thing is that a doctor figured this out in the late 1700's, but we're only hearing about it now. But that's another conversation.
Enjoy! Love and light, Linda
